Objective:

Awareness – Brentview Realty has a well-established offline relationship network within their market. They were looking to increase awareness amongst new-to-the area residents as well as stay top of mind with their existing audience.

Strategy:

To differentiate Brentview from competitors, we emphasized the agency’s ability to find pre-market listings through their decades of local relationships. We personalized the experience by focusing on the principals using their names and photos. The CTA encouraged the audience to contact the agency. Additionally, we ran a Carousel Ad featuring completive advantages featured on slides showing previously listed homes.

The search ad touted the agency’s reputation as the number one real estate company in the county as well as their ability to find pre-market listings. We included the call extension to encourage direct contact.

Result:

The Meta ads produced a healthy 27% brand lift, while the entire campaign improved call volume by a 73% monthly average during the lifecycle.
