Not all email I created for FAMC was about home loans. For many years, Account Executives would engage their brokers with an annual NCAA Tournament challenge, but it was always a paper bracket. One year I convinced the channel stakeholders to move to an all digital format. This email promoted the contest and linked them to the online bracket. The engagement rate was up 220% from previous years and received very positive feedback.
